A deep, smooth, mid-western American accent.
Born and raised in California. That’s my native accent. In community theater, I have played parts with a variety of accents: Southern Red Neck, British, Irish, Chicago, New York, Russian. In high school choir I sang bass. For years people have been asking me if I’m in radio. In reader’s theater, they keep trying to cast me as the narrator. I would love to replace Bill Kurtis on NPR’s Wait, wait, don’t tell me. Please don’t tell him I said that.
Voice Over
Narration, audio book and commercial.
Voice Acting
Podcast and video game. With years of community theater under my belt, establishing a character for stage is second nature. Translating that to voice acting has been exciting. Remember, twice as big when using only the voice.
